※ [本文轉錄自 CareerLady 看板 #1IBzTWgC ] 作者: lword (Ali) 看板: CareerLady 標題: [生涯] 機械性工作二選一 時間: Wed Sep 11 10:37:17 2013 A工作 月薪27K 沒有獎金 年終不到一個月 工作大部分時間很機械性 取代性很高 有時候會處理合約的東西 基本上是蠻輕鬆的 看別人部落格也算是工作的一部分 同事都是30以下 所以工作氛圍不會很有壓迫感很嚴肅 但整體業績不太好 月底很有壓力 感覺沒啥未來性 加薪幅度也很慢 我猜28K就是極限了 很多同事都跑了 B工作 學校行政 一樣很機械性 只是工作內容變成跑公文 製作制式化的文件等等 約聘 一樣也沒有什麼發展性 但薪水至少30K起跳 和A比還可以省下不少交通費 兩者都很沒發展性跟機械式 差別只在A的工作要轉職比較有東西可以寫 B其實我沒興趣 但是月薪這樣一來一往比下來 跟A比差了至少5K 而且我也還沒做 也許工作沒那麼無聊 可能還有多餘時間進修(比如說準備國考之類的 這兩者實在不知道怎麼選 大家會看在薪水上選比較不喜歡的工作嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.88.47
