馬籲考紀會開鍘 柯：這也是一種關說

針對總統馬英九今天以黨主席身分召開記者會，呼籲立法院長王金平自行辭去院長、不分區立委，也希望考紀會能做出撤銷黨籍以上的處分。民進黨團總召柯建銘今早聽聞時指出，「用黨主席身分去影響考紀會這難道不是另一種關說、施壓？」

柯建銘說，「馬英九已經輸了」，試圖用假的道德面在玩死亡遊戲，卻忘記當年特別費時的處理作法。柯建銘說，馬英九的手段是違法違憲、特務治國，「民意並沒有站在他那邊」。

柯建銘認為王金平可使用「假處分」的方式處理，假處分在國民黨中，確實有許舒博涉嫌中藥商收賄案的前例可循。
