反違法監聽 立委將邀特偵組專案報告

特偵組上周五公布前法務部部長曾勇夫涉關說案，並將監聽民進黨團總召柯建銘，以及立法院長王金平的相關通聯記錄公布，引發連串政治風暴。對於特偵組監聽國會議員甚至國會議長的適法性，立委一片譁然，並強烈反彈，國民黨立委呂學樟就說，根據令狀主義，監聽一定要經過法院開立監聽票，否則就是違法，若無監聽票，違法監聽的內容就不成立，後續必須了解監聽程序是否有合法取得監聽票。下會期將邀特偵組與相關部會來進行專案報告。
