菲檢準備起訴台灣漁民蔡波

（法新社馬尼拉7日電） 菲律賓警方今天表示，握有強力證據，可以起訴漂流至菲國海域後遭羈押的台灣漁民蔡波。此事件威脅獲改善的台菲關係。

警官戴沙貢（Victor de Sagon）說，菲國檢察官準備依盜漁對3日遭扣押的蔡波提出控訴，蔡波拘留地點在菲律賓巴丹島附近，接近與台灣的海事界線。

菲國員警宣稱，54歲的蔡波故意進入菲律賓海域，接著在漁民海上巡邏隊接近時，試圖逃逸。

戴沙貢告訴記者：「蔡波是在捕龍蝦、觀賞魚和鯊魚，我們握有相當有力的證據。」

戴沙貢說：「他顯然以很快的速度逃逸，他並非漂流至此。」

戴沙貢指出，蔡波常到此盜捕魚類，這也就是為何官方人員知道到哪逮捕他。

蔡波目前被關押在巴丹省警局，他說，不清楚為何遭拘留，遭捕時自己人在台灣海域。

蔡波並說，菲律賓漁民海上巡邏隊對他態度粗暴。對此戴沙貢否認。

蔡波的漁獲、膠筏及捕魚設備遭菲律賓扣押，若越界捕魚的罪名成立，恐面臨10萬美元罰鍰，遭扣押的物品也將遭沒收。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
