狂犬病發生日 去年5/23

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北7日電）狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心上午說，台灣中部鼬獾狂犬病陽性案例屬回溯性監測，世界動物衛生組織表示無需變更我國病例起始日期，因此我國狂犬病發生日仍為去年5月23日。

指揮中心表示，6日針對農委會家畜衛生試驗所回溯性檢出2010年7月至今(2013)年7月間5隻鼬獾狂犬病陽性案例，通報世界動物衛生組織（OIE）更正我國發生狂犬病的起始日期為2010年7月17日。

指揮中心指出，OIE回應因上述5例鼬獾案例屬回溯性監測，僅需在案例陳述中敘明即可，無需變更起始日期，因此我國狂犬病發生日期仍為2012年5月23日。

另外，指揮中心6日共檢測21例樣材，其中2例來自台中市和平區及台東縣東河鄉的鼬獾確診為狂犬病，其餘檢驗結果皆為陰性。

指揮中心表示，截至9月6日止，已檢測食肉目野生動物524例，除123例鼬獾確診感染狂犬病外，其餘皆未檢出狂犬病，案例發生地區仍為9縣市47鄉鎮，感染動物種類仍以鼬獾為主。1020907
