曾勇夫下台　暗夜淚嘆「把每人當好人」

【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫被指控涉接受王金平關說柯建銘案，曾勇夫昨晚9時45分舉行記者會宣布請辭，深夜11時20分在次長陳明堂等陪同下，離開法務部，他眼眶泛淚說：「我把每個人都當好人，別人不把我當好人我也沒辦法，就算害死我，我也把他當好人，只怪我做不好」。

最高檢察署特偵組昨指控，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘在全民電通背信案更一審被判無罪後，竟與立法院長王金平、法務部長曾勇夫和高檢署檢察長陳守煌聯手關 說，使高檢署檢察官放棄上訴，柯因而無罪定讞。特偵組重批曾、陳「使司法正義蒙羞」，破天荒將兩人分別移送監察院、檢 察官評鑑委員會懲處。

曾勇夫昨晚記者會強調不齒相關指控、絕對清白，但「個人去留不足惜，為避免長官困擾」於是請辭。媒體追問是否遭逼退？他回應：「逼退講得太重，但我不要再多 說。」
