: 每個績效好的人，公司只要騙你說你領得不錯，比別人好，也許很容易就滿足 : 了。事實上如何，除了老闆不會有人知道。 : 再放大一點來看，禁止討論分紅，公司與公司之間也比較難有比較。就像未實 : 價登錄前的房屋買賣。大家只能各憑本事。但這不透明的規定，卻也讓勞方無 : 法取得足夠的資訊，而憑自己的能力跳到更好薪水的工作。 : 的確，禁止分紅是保有了受薪階級的一些隱私。但比起來資訊不透明對於大部 : 份的勞工來說其損害似乎更大。 這世界本來就是不公平的~ 有人一出生就落難到戰爭,饑荒的社會 也有人一出生就繼承300億的美金(英國皇室) 所以不可能有真的的公平出現在這世界 老實說~只要老闆的心態不要太畸零~或是同事間不要太誇張 這本來就很主觀... 就我個人心得~即使可以公開討論我也不會去想知道別人領多少 工作氣氛和諧就好(重點是在自己的感覺~沒有覺得被凹就好了) 有時候多做一點~也許那天也會換別人多做一些~ 心放寬一點~日子過的去~剩下的也就不那麼重要 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.181.249 ※ 編輯: sendtony6 來自: 123.205.181.249 (09/07 05:49)
