雙子星弊案 何岳儒、王佑仁交保

雙子星大樓開發弊案，檢察官日前偵結起訴第2波，6日將全案移送台北地院審理，在押的太極雙星董事長何岳儒、發言人王佑仁雖然不認罪，但法官認為2人已無羈押必要，諭知何岳儒、王佑仁分別以200、150萬元交保，均限制住居、出境和出海。

另外，合議庭還諭知何、王2人，不可以和本案其他被告、所有相關證人聯繫，如果違反應遵守事項，將予以羈押。

雙子星大樓開發弊案，北檢繼7月底偵結起訴第1波涉案人台北巿議員賴素如等人後，4日偵結第2波，依詐欺、偽造文書、背信等罪，起訴前北市府財政局長邱大展、太極雙星公司負責人何岳儒、發言人王佑仁，及賈二慶、幕後操盤金主程宏道等5人。

北檢昨日上午，提出在押的何岳儒、王佑仁，移送北院審理。合議庭下午開庭後，認為何、王2人涉及詐欺、偽造文書和違反公司法、商業會計法等罪，雖然犯罪嫌疑重大，且2人供述互有出入，可能有勾串共犯之虞，但審酌案情、涉案情節和比例原則後，認為沒有繼續羈押的必要。
