外交部：護照費比歐美日韓低

（中央社記者陳培煌台北2日電）外交部發言人高安今天說，中華民國護照製作費用遠低於主要國家如歐洲、美國、日本與韓國等。

媒體報導，外交部領事事務局明年度預算中護照收入高達新台幣23億元，歲出預估14億元，包含8000萬元護照器材購置費。有立委質疑領務局收入遠多於支出，護照收入「賺太多」，若製作護照器材遠低於規費收入，為何護照收費不能降？今年審預算時會再要求降價。

高安上午受訪表示，領務局編列的歲入都繳交國庫，並非留在領務局做業務營運開支使用。

她強調，歲入與歲出是兩件事情，歲出依業務實際狀況需要編列，護照成本除印製、材料等工本費等直接成本，還有間接成本包括人事設備、全球各館辦理護照等領務事務。

她指出，中華民國護照製作費用遠比主要國家如歐洲、美國、日本與韓國等都還低。

外交部指出，美國護照規費折合新台幣約3950元、英國約3400元、瑞士約4400元、日本約5980元、澳洲約6970元。1020902
