　　這是一個弱肉強食、失去秩序的世界，恐怖份子正漸漸的摧毀這個世界僅存的各種文明，剩下可居住的地方就只有一些偏遠的熱帶島嶼！為了這個世界的未來，你決定建立基地招集那些有同樣想法的人反攻那些可惡的傢伙，幫助恢復這個世界的法律與秩序。


　　遊戲中玩家必須建設自己的基地並保護基地的安全，除了建設各種輔助設施增加物資之外，每種設備建設都需要一定的時間才能完成。提供高達10種不同的兵種讓玩家使用，除了防禦來自敵人的攻擊也可主動出擊；由於兵力也必須經過生產才能擁有，平時別忘了屯點兵以策安全。
