嘉義多人受困 救生艇接駁

康芮颱風為嘉義地區帶來暴雨，嘉義縣民雄、大林等鄉鎮淹水嚴重，且有民眾受困，消防人員陸續以救生艇接駁救援。

受到康芮颱風及外圍環流影響，今天中南部地區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，嘉義縣也降下超大豪雨，造成民雄、大林等鄉鎮市多處低窪地區嚴重淹水，不少住戶受困。

嘉義縣災害應變中心表示，大林鎮中坑里南華路有民宅淹水至二樓、大林鎮三角里社傳新村淹水及腰、民雄鄉山中村牛稠山水深及腰、民雄鄉華興橋附近鐵皮屋淹水嚴重、水上鄉義興村下菜園水淹一樓高，這幾處均有人員受困，消防人員陸續以救生艇接駁救出。

另外，竹崎鄉、大林鎮有二處安養中心傳出淹水災情，八十九名老人受困，消防局立即派救生艇接駁救出，將人撤離至安全地方。大林鎮平林里一處安養中心進行預防性撤離，四十六名老人撤離至大林慈濟醫院。

嘉義縣災害應變中心指出，另已撤離二七八人，包括太保市五人、大林鎮四十七人、中埔鄉十二人、民雄鄉三十五人、竹崎鄉十四人、梅山鄉四十人、鹿草鄉五人、番路鄉九人、溪口鄉一一一人；另大林鎮西結里預計撤離二百至中坑營區。
