今天下大雨
平常做啞鈴之類的比較重的肌力運動之類的都會先出去慢跑個半小時或15分鐘
身體熱了之類的回來再做

想請問像颱風天這樣
平常在房間能做些怎樣的運動來讓身體全身性預熱呢?
