UN安理會常任國會議結束　無共識收場

【綜合報導】聯合國安理會常任理事國29日的閉門會議結束，會中對於制裁敘利亞仍未達成共識。
 
這場會議進行約三小時，一名不具名的外交官表示，各國代表很顯然都沒有開會的心情，對於任何文本或決議案文字都沒有共識，大家的立場很不一致。這是五個常任理事國代表兩天內針對軍事制裁敘利亞問題，進行的第二場閉門會議。
 
在聯合國小組31日離開敘利亞，並對採集樣本化驗責成報告後，才會向聯合國秘書長潘基文報告，潘基文再向安理會報告，屆時，就可決定是否對敘利亞進行制裁。
