討錢不成刺死父親　逆子判無期定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】高雄40歲黃姓男子平常沒有工作，都靠父母擺攤賣麵資助，前年他向母親索討1萬元要去打電動不成，和父親發生口角，黃男竟拿隨身帶著的水果刀猛刺父親胸、腹部多刀致死，最高法院依殺害直系血親尊親屬判黃男無期徒刑定讞。

雖然黃男辯稱自己有精神疾病，行兇時沒有吃藥才失去控制，但法官囑託鑑定認為，黃男殺父時意識清楚，但考量黃男犯後已有悔意，也希望能去祭拜父親，黃男的母親、哥哥也希望法院從輕量刑，因此判黃男無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
