【綜合報導】康芮颱風水攻南台灣，台南市仁德工業區災情嚴重，道路已經水淹膝蓋，已經分不清道路跟排水溝。

根據《壹電視》報導，台南仁德因為排水溝無法宣洩雨勢，道路已經水淹膝蓋。仁德工業區也已經積水，台電變電箱也因積水斷電，工業區損失則尚待估計。
