胖達人前董座列被告　一百萬交保

胖達人麵包店涉嫌詐欺添加人工香精，北檢25日約談前經營團隊，原本行蹤不明的莊姓前負責人也在晚間到案說明；經檢方訊問後，改列被告以新台幣100萬元交保。

據報導，胖達人麵包店被踢爆添加人工香精，有廣告不實欺騙消費者嫌疑，檢察官偕同警方24日晚間前往胖達人位於台北市的總公司「生技達人股份有限公司」進行搜索，並約談董事長徐洵平、總經理徐志鴻以及財務、會計，但新經營團隊表示，團隊在8月19日才接手，並不清楚採購事項。

辦案人員說，香料字面上看不出來是天然還是人工，因此檢察官25日前往北市胖達人門市查扣香精樣品，以利進一步檢驗，並以證人身分約談前經營團隊的莊姓負責人、負責採購業務的洪姓副總、現任門巿王姓店長及負責提供配方的江姓麵包師傅。

莊姓前董事長原本白天行蹤不明，其妻表示他已南下，但莊晚間時已主動到北檢說明；經檢方訊問後，改列被告以新台幣100萬元交保。
