訓練過當？延誤送醫？　傳喚法醫追真相

揹著背包、戴著帽子，法醫石台平手上拿著一疊資料，出現在桃園地檢署，因為他以證人的身分首度被傳喚，協助檢方釐清洪仲丘的死亡鑑定報告，「他為」到底是什麼意思。法醫石台平：「現在還沒有，還沒有，等出來再說。」

石台平曾說不想刺激家屬，洪仲丘的死亡原因才寫「他為」，而他為就是他殺，代表因為其他人的作為造成洪仲丘的死亡，但到底是因為在大太陽底下過度訓練體能，又不給水喝，導致洪仲丘中暑，身體產生不可挽回的巨大傷害，還是送醫過程太慢，誰有責任，是檢方調查重點。

洪家律師李宣毅：「如果郭毓龍他還有希望可以轉為證保法，合適保護的證人，那我們應該會有機會，給他適用這個法律。」

為了日後法庭攻防，洪家律師也再度來到法院，加速閱卷，因為前269旅憲兵官郭毓龍曾說有意轉為汙點證人，洪家律師說將會全力協助。
