修法「半套」審洪案　董念台告桃院3法官

【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
 
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。
