韓國流行天團BIGBANG的老么勝利（SEUNGRI）推出第二張迷你專輯【LET'S TALK ABOUT LOVE】，藉由歌曲「唱」出情傷，大談前女友是壞女孩，還希望對方聽完歌曲後可以清醒點別再使壞下去。
勝利將自己被前女友欺騙與被背叛的心情，寫成歌曲《G G BE》，回想起當初對方不停地的對他說謊，讓最後得知真相的他內心倍受打擊，尤其是知道對方只是在等自己開口說分手的事實後，感受到憤怒與悲傷交集的複雜心情全寫進歌裡。網友聽完都忍不住表示「聽了好揪心」、「SEUNGRI到底是經歷過怎樣的感情才會寫出這些讓人想哭的歌曲啊！」而勝利表示想向對方說：「她所做的每一件壞事都會得到報應，聽完這首歌後稍微醒醒吧，別再使壞下去了。」

不僅歌曲《G G BE》的故事造成話題，專輯發行前的預告影片因為裸露鏡頭多，內容過於煽情性感，讓YG娛樂主動先申請未成年者不得觀看的「19禁」而引起熱烈討論。此外在最新主打歌曲《有話要說GOTTA TALK TO U》MV當中，勝利穿著西裝展現成熟男人味，與女舞者之間充滿曖昧的互動，讓歌迷直呼勝利變得好成熟。8月28日專輯全台正式發行。
