請問台灣人在德國註冊品牌，只在台灣銷售，德國看不到有生產據點或銷售據點，這樣也算德國品牌嗎？以台灣代理商自稱，說這是一個2005年創立於德國品牌，結果所使用的商標圖樣，另一家台灣廠商卻在民國79年就已申請同樣的商標圖樣，文字不同而已？你不會很納悶嗎？大型量販通路公開販賣這些產品有危法嗎？床也有黑暗界？只要大型通路加持後就能變黃金？
