【綜合報導】輕度颱風潭美逐漸逼近台灣，中央氣象局預計將在11點30分發布海上颱風警報，而氣象主播李富城今早也在臉書擔心的寫到：「今天就下這種雨,北台灣要提前防災了。」

氣象主播李富城今早在臉書寫到：「8/20日，陰雨，諺語…月亮生毛,大雨填濠，昨晚的月亮濛濛的，月亮外圈好像長了毛似的，這是高空卷層雲太多，下雨的前兆，今晨雨很大,颱風接近，北台普遍都會下雨，騎車，今天不行。」提醒大家要注意颱風帶來的大雨。
