想問一下大家 目前剛進一個新的公務機關 這機關共30多人 共分三大派系 一個是每兩年就輪調的大主管幫 一個是跟大主管不合的地頭蛇幫 幫主較強勢 一個是中立幫 地頭蛇的意見領袖幫最近跟中立幫似乎有在交流 似乎想對抗大主管幫? 不知道該加入哪一派 比較安穩無事 不求升官 但求平穩 想說目前跟中立幫幫主還好 跟地頭蛇幫較好 另外,想問一下 在職場中裝瘋賣傻 老二哲學 是否比較無風無浪 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.245.65.148 ※ 編輯: zj44 來自: 60.245.65.148 (08/18 18:05)
