【戴之聖／基隆報導】為了星期二的基隆中元祭放水燈遊行，謝姓宗親會今年特別邀請三軍儀隊來基隆表演，2百位儀隊成員在今天凌晨3時許先到基隆市海洋廣場進行預演彩排，據主辦單位表示，這次三軍儀隊首次到基隆表演，更是儀隊首次在晚間表演，預演期間吸引不少好奇民眾圍觀。
