【綜合報導】父親患肺病，母親因家貧出走，年邁的爺爺幫人搬木頭，13歲的海南舊州鎮女孩小蝶長期營養不良，身高不到130公分，不過她每天都去垃圾堆撿寶特瓶，為的就是存錢幫胸口生瘤的奶奶治病。

和其他年紀相仿的女孩子一樣，小蝶喜歡唱歌、跳舞，對未來也有着小小的夢想，不過現在為了減輕家裏的負擔，每日忙於撿塑膠瓶，小蝶說她最希望的是奶奶一切安好，只要奶奶一直和我一塊就夠了。
