平路鋪出跳動路面　議員：工程品質差

【林世雄／台中報導】台中市議員楊典忠今天表示，日前接獲民眾投訴指稱，台灣大道靠近靜宜大學前，在十多天前重新鋪設瀝青，沒想到原本應該是一片平坦的道路，卻變成「波浪路面」，而且在中線快車道與慢車道，各設有一條，當車輛行駛進入新鋪路面立即產生劇烈晃動，尤其慢車道機車行駛出現劇烈搖況恐會造成危險，小客車也會以為自己車子爆胎。工程品質堪慮。

楊典忠質疑，這種工程來回開幾次就知道不合格，政府設置波浪柏油路面難道是要「民眾開車夯實路面」嗎？由於鄰近兩所大學校區與沙鹿區商圈，楊典忠除了希望盡速改善，也要求市府務必加強公共工程品質驗收。
