甲苯擦式餐盒 江揆批置國民健康於不顧

知名餐盒廠商爆發用甲苯擦拭餐盒的案件，行政院長江宜樺今天在行政院會中表示，這類黑心違法業者置國民健康及國家商譽於不顧，應予以嚴正譴責，請相關機關嚴加查辦。

江宜樺指出，近期以來，接連發生違法黑心業者以動物用偽禁藥，賣給高屏地區不知情的石斑魚養殖業者；以及印刷廠使用有毒甲苯擦拭餐盒髒污等案件，副院長毛治國已經在昨天召集跨部會專案小組會議，對於石斑魚使用動物用偽禁藥，農委會、法務部已有具體查辦結果，衛生福利部也已啟動專案監測，對於甲苯污染餐盒，衛生福利部及地方政府已依新修正食品衛生管理法，命令業者暫停作業、停止販售並加重罰鍰，並持續溯源查辦，確保有問題的水產品、違規容器都要回收、銷毀。

江院長同時要求相關機關及地方政府確實依照歷次食品安全會議的決議事項儘速處理，並依法嚴懲黑心違法業者，給國人食品安全無虞的健康環境。
