杯王爭產 員工圍廠再爆衝突

〔自由時報記者鄭淑婷／桃園報導〕「杯王」爭奪經營權風波持續延燒，逾50名員工昨企圖衝進在桃園縣龜山鄉的工廠，再與保全爆發肢體衝突！

以生產塑膠杯、玉米杯知名的瑞旗生物科技，董事長潘慶瑞打贏官司，他於5天前帶著保全、法務人員，突擊式地接管工廠，從妻子陳麗杏手中奪回董座，並宣布200多名員工放「有薪假」，工廠持續停擺至今。

昨下午1點，潘慶瑞的兒子潘威志與50多名員工在滂沱大雨中再度回到瑞旗大門，高喊：「外力退出、還我工作！」與潘慶瑞陣營「隔」警對話，員工試圖「推擠」衝破大門，雙方爆發肢體衝突，潘威志遭保全扭甩在地，在警方制止下才平息，改由代表入廠與潘慶瑞協商也無結果，雙方仍僵持中。
