請問各位前輩，小弟有幸錄取全家的儲備主管，但有一個問題正在猶豫， 因為全家看來也不是第一次徵儲備主管，那麼為什麼還會一直缺人呢？ 我想到以下幾種可能性，想請問知道的前輩告知是否如我猜想或是有其他理由，謝謝 1.之前的人已經有許多人內轉或是到其他事業群，因此現階段基層的擔當產生斷層 2.升上擔當的機率非常非常低，導致很多人因升不上去一年半後就離職了 3.擔當壓力太大很多人不想升上去寧可留在店長 4.其他 以上是我想到的可能性，各位前輩告知，若是其他，也煩請告訴我原因，謝謝 感激不盡 祝各位前輩職場順利 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.14.34.5
