被告2度交保 洪案律師提新證

軍方偵辦洪仲丘案，4名在押被告2度交保，洪家律師不服，下午再度前往軍檢署，與軍事檢察官進行對話平台二度開會，研討新證據及策略，打算再抗告。

8月8日，洪案4名被告2度交保，洪家律師團對此結果表示不滿，軍高檢已經在上星期提出抗告，依法要在5天內完成程序，並且蒐集證據；由於上次提出抗告未能成功，洪家律師團希望這次提出的新事證，能夠一刀斃命，成功收押被告。
