【短片】台日漁業談判　GPPAC：讓漁民參加

【綜合報導】「全球預防武裝衝突夥伴」(GPPAC)，今天在立院召開記者會。
 
GPPAC日本代表吉岡達也在會中表示，對於釣魚台海域的爭議，蘇澳與沖繩漁民間生存權的對話，遠比日本與中國主權對話還更重要，而台日漁業談判，要讓雙方漁民參與討論。
