全扛了？陳毅勳涉凌虐　無高層指使

到底有什麼深仇大恨，對洪仲丘特別嚴格，還把他操練到連命都沒了，高層長官有沒有特別交代，軍檢表示，這全是陳毅勳一人所為。北軍檢檢察長吳逸聖：「他在做這個犯行的時候，並沒有其他長官授意，純粹是出自於他自己凌虐的犯意，他操課的強度，顯較於一般的管理士高，在仲丘舉手向他表示身體不適，他用言語去譏諷，強迫仲丘完成相關的體能活動，導致仲丘體力嚴重流失。」

為求謹慎，軍檢還調閱陳毅勳的通聯記錄。北軍檢檢察長吳逸聖：「比對當事人之間的通聯記錄，查無實據有任何長官指使陳毅勳去凌虐仲丘。」

根據起訴書內容，7月3日上午，在禁閉室操練過程中，儘管時洪仲丘已經說自己身體不舒服，陳毅勳卻都不理會，還繼續操練，把人操到死，既沒有長官指使，通聯紀錄也查不到相關事證，這樣的結果，似乎就如同家屬先前預料的，小兵成了替死鬼，軍檢口中的從重量刑，到最後全由陳毅勳一人扛起。
