醃頭案 陳佳富出庭不語還押

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義31日電）醃頭案，男子陳佳富被控殺害妹妹詐領保險金，今天在嘉義地院出庭時不發一語，還搖頭晃腦流口水，法官諭令還押。

嘉義縣水上鄉一座寺廟的男公廁內，今年3月有人發現1顆鹽醃的女性頭顱。死者陳婉婷疑遭她的二哥陳佳富殺害分屍。

陳佳富遭依殺人罪嫌起訴，檢方認為被告泯滅人性，有與社會隔絕必要，求處最嚴厲之刑。嘉義地方法院今天上午舉行程序準備庭。1020731
