500購機卷問題

想請問一下……小弟是在遠傳購買的16g，昨天有去登錄認證IMEI碼了，但是不知道要去那裡看有無認證成功或是如何收到購機卷（剛好家人要買）。去看信箱沒收到，小米官網也找不到在那裡……想請問有人知道的嗎？
