詐騙車手真好賺　招親友團當成員

【羅凡勇／台北報導】以綽號「阿華」的集團首腦長期在中國負責機房「隔海遙控」，假冒「地檢署」、「警政署」或「健保局」等名義，用電話恐嚇被害人涉及「違法洗錢」或「詐領健保費」，待被害人一步步落入陷阱後，再佯稱檢察官、警員以調查犯罪為由，騙取被害人將存款交付在台車手，共數10人遭詐騙，不法獲利高達千萬，刑事局前天逮捕14名成員人，訊後依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。

警方指出，該集團在台車手陳嘉鴻（32歲）因覺得很好賺，還招攬親朋好友共14人加入，彼此分工擔任車手取款及地下洗錢匯兌等事宜，待主嫌「阿華」以電話通知後，假冒「檢察書記官」等公職人員前往向被害人當面取款，
