台南中醫診所詐健保 2人交保

（中央社記者張榮祥台南24日電）台南市景天中醫診所涉嫌利用自費減重門診，以不實就醫紀錄詐領健保費，南檢搜索傳喚，姜姓負責人及賴姓醫師兩人訊後交保。

台南地檢署今天指出，檢警22日前往景天中醫診所搜索，且傳喚姜姓負責人等14人到案。

南檢調查，姜姓負責人及賴姓醫師兩人於民國101年起，涉嫌利用中醫診所開辦自費減重門診時，除收取門診者自付費用外，再以「關節痛」、「睡眠障礙」等不實就醫紀錄，向健保署申請醫療給付。

南檢初步清查，景天中醫診所利用19名門診的不實就醫紀錄，詐領健保費新台幣24萬餘元。檢方訊後，姜姓負責人以30萬元交保，賴姓醫師20萬元交保。1030724
