標題[詢問] [開水] 客服裝死不回答..

我的垃圾魚7/15到期 在7/15 23:45把握最後時間餵食垃圾結果卻發生垃圾倒不掉的狀況 (倒垃圾的動作可以無限執行, 但垃圾桶維持滿的 在這時間之前已經大約玩了20-30min) 無論我重開幾次畫面再執行動作也是一樣 之後就想說先算了.. 然後到了睡前要餵魚7/16 00:20 垃圾魚竟然神奇的還在?! 垃圾一樣是倒不掉. 導致我本來最後可以再餵飽垃圾魚產寶... 在2013-07-16回報問題之後 客服很迅速的也在當天下午鬼打牆般的回答我的問題.. "親愛的魚友您好，這是因為您的垃圾魚已經到期， 但是您並沒有重新整理介面，所以還會顯示， 若有其他任何問題，請再與我們聯繫，讓我們為您服務，感謝您" 在2013-07-16晚上我又問了客服 跟她解釋我有重新關畫面再開啟很多次, 這樣不就是重新整理嗎?! 也問他我附上的圖片在7/17 00:20擷取畫面他能否看到? 又怎麼解釋00:20垃圾魚還在的問題 之後客服就裝死不理到現在... 唉.. 其實挺傻眼的 原來玩這麼久的開水的客服是這個樣子 竟然直接裝死@@~ 不曉得這樣是常態還是...? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.232.201
