標題[心得] 全球一動內湖店店員態度不佳

今天下班特地跑去內湖店 想說要辦ipad mini的4G方案 結果去到現場只有一位店員 然後店內大概有七八位客人 但是那位女店員 完 全 沒 有 想 要 招 呼 的意思! 一直在打自己的電腦 然後我就走過去問她可不可看一下ipad mini 他說店裡沒有 那我就回說我想看一下方案 他就回我說 網路上都有阿 然後愛理不理的把資料翻給我 並且順手把資料上面的筆甩到我身上 = = 當下感覺真的 超 級 差 ! ! ! ! 這時候她才補一句 店裡都沒有機子 要確定下單才會訂貨 其實這些我都可以理解 而且我也有做好功課查好方案才去現場 可是一家店的服務可以放任成這樣真的讓我很傻眼 連招呼的意思都沒有 然後一直擺臭臉的打自己電腦 等下決定打電話去客訴!!! ˋnˊ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.38.105 ※ 編輯: Heatherting 來自: 115.43.38.105 (07/22 21:13)
