拉椅害人跌倒 大學生依傷害罪起訴

高雄市一名陳姓大學生涉嫌拉開椅子，導致魏姓女同學跌坐地上受傷，女同學堅持提告，被高雄地檢署依傷害罪提起公訴。

22歲陳姓學生，去年11月27號，在學校的「活動中心」，趁魏姓女同學正要坐下之際，拉開椅子，導致女同學跌坐地上，下背、臀部挫傷，引發腰椎「椎間盤」突出。

承辦檢察官調查魏姓女同學提出義大等醫院診斷書，依傷害罪將陳姓大學生提起公訴，不過認為陳姓大學生情節輕微，聲請法院簡易處刑。
