【短片】花公帑隆胸　36DD女隆完想「拆彈」

【綜合報導】英國一名23歲少女喬絲康寧漢(Josie Cunningham)，一出生胸部就無法發育，從小因為胸部太平飽受欺凌，她決定申請政府資助隆胸。

今年1月，她獲得英國國民健保服務(NHS)資助4800英鎊的手術費用，將32A胸隆成36DD，全數由公帑支付。

但隆胸後不到半年，她投訴這對巨乳讓她難以找到工作，想再次申請援助「拆彈」，並表示既然是政府給她這對煩惱巨乳，就應該再次由政府承擔縮胸費用。她的隆胸故事被報導出來後，引發不少民眾反彈，表示政府資助她隆胸就是個錯誤，如果又要幫她縮胸，這也未免太離譜。
