運油車出軌爆炸　司機未拉緊手煞車

【綜合報導】加拿大一列油罐火車6日行經魁北克省一小鎮時出軌，發生嚴重爆炸，造成至少15人死亡、35人失蹤，還有30多棟建築物炸毀。

加拿大鐵路母公司總裁布克哈特(Edward Burkhardt)10日表示，列車出軌爆炸，是因為列車職員沒有拉緊手煞車所致，這名失職的列車司機已經被停職停薪。
