讓鄰居爬窗回家摔死　屋主被判賠償60萬

【綜合報導】中國江蘇張家港市一名高姓男子，下班後回家因忘記帶鑰匙，無法進門，竟從樓上一戶人家的窗戶跳到自己公寓的陽台，卻不幸失足墜樓死亡。男子家人認為這戶人家沒阻止他的危險行為，告上法院。法院10日判定，該戶人家須向死者家屬賠償12萬人民幣，約近60萬台幣。

這起事件發生再去年11月4日晚上，當時被告的全姓屋主，雖然有提醒男子這樣的舉動很危險，但是男子堅持從鄰居家跳下。屋主只好讓他從兒子房間跳下，不料高姓男子跳下去時，不慎掉到樓下，當場死亡。

高姓男子的家屬事後提出訴訟，要求屋主承擔一半的責任，索賠人民幣40多萬元。
