我朋友跟airasia 買機票產生一些糾紛 問了消保會 回說這是境外公司他們無法處理 我想問的是說 今天airasia 有從台灣載客到東南亞、日本。政府有許可這間公司在台灣作生意。但發生問題 卻說是境外公司無法幫上忙。這對消費者有何保障可言？ 板上有人知道 這類問題該 問那個板或是說那個窗口嗎？ 或是你有類似經驗？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.93.163.121
