It’s hard to say where he ends up at this point. : Prediction: INDIANS : 曾小弟你會不會太客氣阿... 這個pool不是指開出的簽約金 而是新版CBA對於各隊簽下國際自由球員的限制 從7/2開始開放球隊簽約(美國時間，所以再過幾個小時就可能會聽到簽約的消息) 簽下國際自由球員的預算跟美國國內選秀會相同，有總額限制， 這個限制是根據去年球隊戰績而決定的。 戰績越差的球隊，他的pool(簽約總額)會比較高(最高的是太空人，總共4.94M) 如果該球隊簽國際球員超出這個總額限制，就會有懲罰(額外罰金) 另外，這個簽約總額可以被交易， 因此有些較少預算的球隊可以用其他方式交易別隊的預算，以簽下更多國際球員 P.S.補充一點，如果該球隊已經花光他的簽約總額， 那麼他們無法與其他球隊交易額外的預算。 因此若有些球隊已經跟國際球員的經紀人談好金額的話，交易預算會變得很困難。 因為他們很可能會在這幾天與那些約定好的球員簽下合約，一旦花光預算， 就無法再做任何的預算交易。 P.S.2.再補充一點，每隊可以額外給與六位國際球員5萬美金，這筆錢不會算在此預算內。 另外如果簽下的球員只花不到1萬美金，同樣也不會算進預算內。 更多資訊可參考: http://tw.sports.yahoo.com/mlb/blog/mlb_chen/1356.html http://goo.gl/SQdQB -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc)

這也是一點，去年每隊都有2.9M的空間，但是如果去年花比較多，今年會扣掉 不過我暫時沒找到詳細的額外扣除規則
