金融時報報導，阿里巴巴創辦人馬雲近日坦言，他從沒用過集團旗下的淘寶網，因為不知道該怎麼用，而且用多了，就會一直捍衛自己產品、決策就會不夠客觀。

馬雲6月29日在清華大學畢業典禮演講時透露相關訊息。中國大陸社交媒體微博名叫「風天秤」的用戶稱，馬雲不淘寶，「和毒品大佬不吸毒、賭場老闆不賭錢一個道理」。

他說，他需要跟自己的產品保持情感距離，這樣他在做有關產品的決策時才會是客觀的，但金融時報認為，這似乎意味他不知道產品運作原理。

馬雲說，「我到今天為止沒到淘寶上購過一件物，因為我不知道該怎麼用，但我耳朵豎起來，老是在聽支付寶到底好還是不好」。

「因為我用多了，我會捍衛自己的產品，但是我不用；你永遠擔憂自己，因為只有擔憂讓我晚上睡不著覺，只有我睡不著覺，這公司才睡得著覺」。

馬雲與一群朋友在1999年創立阿里巴巴以來，按收入和流量計，阿里巴巴已成為全球十大網路企業之一。阿里巴巴未來在美國上市後，總值媲美eBay與亞馬遜（Amazon）。(中央社)
