http://ppt.cc/51x- 先在都流行這種徵才文嗎？ 自從上次那個徵"3C陪客人聊天徵才文"後來還上了電視.. 現在徵才都流行這種反串秀嗎？ 徵 八面玲瓏的系統分析師 簡單來說就是負責資訊系統的規劃與導入，複雜點就是你要： 1.知道要導入哪個系統。如果一開始就選錯目標，老天也救不了你。 2.提出無懈可擊的規劃案。至於一推就倒的規劃案，千萬別拿出來變成大家練箭的靶子。 3.讓主管 (也就是我) 敢為你的規劃案背書。 4.讓老闆用行動跟錢支持你的規劃案。 5.正確識別對此規劃而言誰是朋友，誰又是敵人，而且能同時處理這兩類人。 6.利用協力廠商而不被利用。協力廠商為利而出力，相對的，你也要從中獲得需要的東西 ，才不會在日後變成單方面付出的怨偶。 7.堅毅不拔的執行力。嘴砲王的封號絕對不是一種稱讚，而是提前畢業的門票。 8.製作一般人看得懂的文件。雖然我不是文件控，但是我也不希望所有的資訊都只成了茶 餘飯後的閒聊話題，更不希望當你提前得到老人癡呆症時，整個資訊系統也跟著痴呆了。 說實話 很血實… 但創意就....... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.68.60
