如題 小弟幾個月前面試過uniqlo門市時薪人員 但因第一次面試大型聯合徵才面試太緊張準備不足所以沒錄取 現在投第二次履歷待通知面試中 就第一次面試的印象他們的問題是： 1.自我介紹 (然後就自我介紹的內容問你問題 不外乎就是跟學/經歷有關的那些) 2.有去過uniqlo門市嗎? uniqlo門市給你的感覺是?? 3.對uniqlo的了解有多少?? 4.為什麼會想來應徵? 5.你個人的優缺點是?? 6.就缺點的部分 你有透過什麼方式改善它?? 目前已改善了嗎? 然後接著就問你能夠上班的時間、住處離門市多遠....之類的~ 想請教已錄取的前輩們： 1.該如何準備和回答這些問題?? 就第三題 他們是希望我們說出uniqlo的品牌設計理念 及銷售理念嗎??還是?? 2.門市時薪人員有第二關面試嗎? 還是第一關過了就排訓練時間 3.如果有漏掉哪個面試問題沒寫在上面或是有寫錯的 麻煩幫小弟補上/糾正 感恩~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.58.205
