我有一個妹妹，在台北某大學唸書，今年21歲 但想要有額外的收入，就去賣酒，說什麼很好賺錢 前幾天就打給我媽說，幫我在合約上"簽名"，我會把合約寄給妳 合約的內容大概是說若破壞公務要賠，需要"法定代理人簽名" 合約上也沒有著名什麼公司、地址、電話 我媽就開始想，這會不會有法律漏洞、為什麼打個工需要家長簽名都已經成人了 我想想也是，我以前打工到現在出社會，根本就不需要家長簽名，頂多只需要填寫家長基本資料 我妹說若不簽的話，就沒有薪水領，我是不知真的還假的 我爸疑心病更重，就對我說，我雖然沒讀書，但基本觀念我知道，萬一我簽了之後我女兒被賣了怎麼辦? 還有說什麼合約都陷阱啦! 還有最重要的事，老一輩的人都絕得賣酒都是不正當的行業，充滿了許多色情、毒品、黑勢力等等 所以就擔憂我妹在工作上，會不會近墨者黑，行為觀念會不會受影響等等 想請問大大，打工真的需要到法定代理人簽名嗎?簽名之後會出事嗎? 以下附圖 http://ppt.cc/VaoW http://ppt.cc/f8mO http://ppt.cc/22yh http://ppt.cc/mBMN -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.76.186
