標題[問題] 相棒相關問題

今天又看了相棒一次 不過猛然發現一個問題 例如常見的公安廳部隊為了任務常常有犯罪出現 然後被警察高層不同程度河蟹 我的疑問是這種事情在日本到法院真的可以被河蟹嗎 例如在第11及公安部隊被抓到 然後警方高層說大事化小說是一般竊盜等等 我的想法根據相關證據其實應該到了法院 整個事實應該也會被揭露七八成?? 台灣法官其實很大 獨立審判 發現真實常常掛在嘴邊 事實上只要法官想查基本上沒人可以河蟹的 日本司法體系真的可以這樣處理嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.30
