標題[問題] 東區富農街中華禮居

手機發文，如排版混亂還請包涵｡ 最近看上了東區富農街的中華禮居社區(宇慶建設) 實地看過之後環境都很好，只是屋主當時沒買車位 朋友說那邊不好停車，沒專屬車位的話不建議下手 不過我想這還算好解決，因為我目前也還沒有車，而且地下室也可以租車位 想請問板上那個社區或者附近的住戶 除了附近在2005發生的一氧化碳中毒慘案 是否還有其他漏水、淹水、壞鄰居或者其他不推的點，感謝大家了 現在年輕人真的很難買房子QQ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.76.16.103
