前幾天剛好看醫學的雜誌上說 補充膠原蛋白的時候 如果跟維他命C一起補充的話 可以讓膠原蛋白更好吸收 不知道大家吃膠原蛋白的時候也都會順便補充維他命C嗎? 或是跟什麼一起搭配吃會更好吸收呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.140.6.192
